MediLOT is a Singapore-based health-tech startup and spin-off from the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing, backed by SGInnovate and NUS. The platform leverages AI, data analytics, and blockchain technology to support chronic disease management through decentralized Electronic Health Records (EHR), remote patient monitoring, and integrated care coordination.

With expertise in data security, privacy-preserving technologies, and healthcare AI analytics, MediLOT integrates lifestyle and health data into a multimodal AI platform. This enables deeper insights into disease progression and patient health states, empowering healthcare providers to deliver more personalized, proactive, and coordinated care while improving long-term health outcomes.

Users and Audience

MediLOT serves a diverse user base across various industries and sectors, including doctors, researchers, approved hospitals, and medical institutions. These entities can purchase and utilize the data. The platform is also designed to assist universities and companies in optimizing their intellectual property management and realizing its full potential.
